These terms explain responsibilities for both the renter and Jarian Streams.
Jarian Streams provides SHOUTcast/Icecast stream hosting plans for use in Second Life and related streaming tools. Plan limits (listeners and other limits) depend on the plan you rent.
You are responsible for your broadcast content and for using the stream legally. You are responsible for keeping passwords private and not sharing access with unauthorized users.
Rental time starts after purchase and delivery of stream access. The 25 listener plan may be offered only in 4-week blocks, as listed on the home page.
Promotion: “Pay 4 weeks now, get 5 weeks total” applies only where shown, and does not apply to the 25 listener plan.
We aim for reliable service. If you experience issues, contact us and we will help troubleshoot. You can also test connection using your broadcast software.
Abuse, illegal content, or attempts to disrupt the service may result in suspension or termination without refund.
